Richard Pilliner has been the rehearsal accompanist of ESCS since 2013. He studied at the Royal Academy of Music, taking all the prizes for organ playing, accompaniment and improvisation. He has travelled extensively, giving recitals in the USA, Russia, Japan and Hong Kong. He has also played at Westminster Abbey, Westminster Cathedral and at Southwark and Chelmsford Cathedrals.
He carves out a freelance career as a soloist, accompanist and teacher and his recital playing takes him to a wide variety of venues in the UK and abroad.
